About the Role:
Prairie Peak Developments is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee a 6-storey mixed-use commercial and residential project in downtown Calgary. The successful candidate will manage on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and trades

• Maintain site safety standards and conduct toolbox talks

• Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance

• Monitor project timelines and report progress to project management

Qualifications:

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction

• Strong knowledge of Alberta building codes

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Gold Seal Certification considered an asset
